Team Member: Customer Service Representative ($22.00-$24.00/hr +tips)

Our Customer Service Representatives are the magic bridge-builders between our customers and our delivery crews! They work directly with customers to take reservations, answer questions, and maintain our superior standards of customer service! Don't be fooled though, although we provide the party daily, Froggy Hops' customer service representatives collaborate in a fast-paced and detail-oriented traditional office environment. As proven through our Google rating, Froggy Hops is the top customer-service provider of party rentals in Minnesota! Our office team is fun, friendly, and loves to laugh!

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer support
  • Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and company policies
  • Customize event reservations for individual customers
  • Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure completion
  • Enter, update, and verify data in CRM

Location: Our office team collaborates together on-site in Oak Grove, MN.

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week scheduled throughout our open office hours. Our office is open Monday-Friday during the day. There are two different scheduling variations available for the Customer Service Representative position. One is a seasonal position from February through the end of October and the second option is a seasonal position from May through August. The shorter seasonal position is ideal for students with traditional class schedules.

Team Member: Driver ($18.50-$20.50/hr + tips)

Our Drivers are a vital part of our delivery team! Similar to a Lead Driver, they enjoy the camaraderie and independence of working with a Rider on their own as they travel all throughout the metro! Their work also begins and ends at our Oak Grove warehouse. They drive trucks with enclosed trailers to deliver and pick-up equipment from schools, churches, residences, and other locations. Paid training on driving with a trailer is included in the training process (no previous experience required). Drivers work primarily during the months of May, June, July and August. Great opportunity for seasonal work or those just around for the summer!

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive trucks with trailers all throughout the Twin Cities metro
  • Deliver and Pick-up rental equipment
  • Set-up and sanitize inflatables
  • Take down inflatables

Requirements

  • 19+ years old
  • Full time availability during the months of May through August
  • Physical ability to lift heavy loads
  • Valid MN Driver's License with 3 years experience driving
  • Clean MVR (ie No reckless/careless driving citations. No DUI's.)
  • Clear criminal background check
  • Drug-free
  • Fully-functioning cell phone (must be smart phone with cell service)

 

Location: Our Drivers begin and end each day at our NEW warehouse in Oak Grove, MN. During their shift they drive all throughout the Twin Cities metro.

 

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week scheduled throughout our open hours. Deliveries and pickups take place everyday of the week with the exception of Sunday mornings. The Driver position is a seasonal position from May through the end of August.

Team Member: Rider ($14.00-$16.00/hr +tips)

Being a Rider on our team is a fun transition to join our delivery staff, but available to younger applicants! They enjoy much of the same camaraderie and independence that Drivers do, but they do not operate company vehicles. Their work begins and ends at our Oak Grove warehouse. Riders accompany other team members in trucks to deliver and pick-up equipment from schools, churches, residences, and other locations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Accompany a Driver to ride throughout the Twin Cities metro in a delivery truck
  • Help Drivers deliver and Pick-up rental equipment
  • Set-up and sanitize inflatables
  • Take down inflatables

  • Availability to work 20-40 hours/week during the months of June through August
  • Available 15+ hours/week during the months March, April, May, September and October

Location: Our Riders begin and end each day at our NEW warehouse in Oak Grove, MN. During their shift they drive all throughout the Twin Cities metro.

 

Expected Hours: 20 - 40 hours per week scheduled throughout our open hours during the summer (June, July, and August), 15 hours per week during school months (March, April, May, September, and October). Deliveries and pickups take place everyday of the week with the exception of Sunday mornings. The Rider position is a seasonal position from March through the end of October.

Froggy Hops is a family-owned party rental equipment company with a mission to serve our community around us! We believe in hard work, a commitment to superb service, and developing team-members to be "hands and feet" in our community! Each new team member completes our paid training program. They learn about the specific equipment we offer (the in's and out's of safely transporting and setting up this equipment), but more importantly, they are immersed in lessons about kindness and self-discipline - two of the values at Froggy Hops that are used as a catalyst to live out our mission! Each team member is unique and valued for his or her contribution to the overall mission!

Froggy Hops has office and warehouse locations in Andover, MN and Oak Grove, MN. We offer a GREAT work environment with flexible schedules! We value a family-friendly atmosphere of mutual respect and trust, innovative and exciting products, sound training with team member development, and good old-fashioned FUN! But don't be fooled, we may wear shorts and t-shirts and play with children's toys, but we work our tails off!


Froggy Hops operates 7 days a week. However, in an effort to support our management, our team member's, and our Renter's ability to attend church services, none of our teams work on Sunday mornings.
